    Overview

    AVPA tackles social challenges by bridging the gap between pure-charity and pure-business models. AVPA organised a conference themed "Catalyzing Africa's Sustainable Growth" bringing together supply and demand side ecosystem partners.

    PES conducted initial onboarding and desktop reviews of each SME's investor-facing materials, developed Individual Improvement Plans (IIPs), delivered 1-on-1 advisory sessions and facilitated mock pitch sessions.

    Outcome

    PES supported a cohort of high-impact social enterprises to become investment-ready, addressing financial literacy, business planning and investor readiness gaps, with follow-up sessions to address investor feedback areas.
