    GIZ WE4A – Women Entrepreneurship for Africa

    Overview

    The Women Entrepreneurship for Africa (WE4A) project, jointly implemented by GIZ, SAFEEM and the Tony Elumelu Foundation, aims to support TEF female alumni in Kenya to access financing and technical support for investor readiness and access to finance.

    PES was engaged to provide virtual masterclass sessions on investor readiness and access-to-finance topics, plus additional one-on-one support for women entrepreneurs.

    Outcome

    PES developed training content, facilitated virtual training sessions, provided 1-on-1 coaching to 10 SMEs including pitch coaching support, and facilitated an investor pitch session with investors showing interest in companies.
